Who we are
For decades, Persepolis Grill has been introducing Seattleites to the joy of contemporary Persian cuisine. In late 2025, brothers Pooya and Peyman Tootian acquired Persepolis and immediately started working on realizing its full potential as Seattle’s leading Iranian restaurant.
Our Legacy of Family and Flavor
The story of Persepolis Grill is rooted in a deep love for rich Persian culinary traditions and a commitment to family enterprise. The restaurant was established in 2006, in a location in the University District that was previously home to another Persian eatery, Caspian.
Pooya and Peyman took over the Persepolis legacy from another team of brothers Kevin, Ramin, and Sean who purchase Caspian Grill in 2006 and renamed it Persepolis. For decades, this restaurant has been a cornerstone of the Iranian-American community in Seattle, offering a personal touch in every aspect of the dining experience, with family members often attending to guests personally and offering friendly experience offer our guests a sense of home..
